Position Title:

Solution Architect

Position Location:

Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, and Phoenix, AZ

Ability to work remote:
Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote

Acceptable time zone(s): EST

Days of the week:
Mon - Fri, 40 HRs

Working Hours (Flexible): 8 am- 5 pm core hours

Duration:
Contract to hire

Industry background:

Banking/financial background with Fin Crime and Anti Money Laundering background required

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Involved in regular stand-ups, peer code reviews, and change management (deciding which code packages to be deployed).

-Will be working on part of the deployment team.
-Partially supporting different crews, talking to the business members, customer interaction, understanding the problem, presenting options, understanding pros and cons of options, and communicating.
-Heavy data, less coordination, more hands-on.
-Building out data models and prototypes.
-Working in the Fin Crime and Anti Money Laundering space

Must Have Technical

Skills:

-Full Stack Application Dev Sr.

- Expert level on React JS/ Angular/ Java
-Databases:
Mongo

DB, Elastic Search, Oracle, Apache Iceberg

- Languages:

Expert level on Python/ PySpark/ Java
-Strong Dev Sec Ops  experience

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
N/A

Soft Skills:

-Strong technical and verbal communication skills
-Technical Design Documentation + Presentation skills

Education/

Certifications:

-Computer Science / Engineering Degree Required
-Master's preferred
-Certifications - Oracle OFSAA/ Actimize, Cloud Architect (AWS/ Azure) are a plus

Role Differentiator:
-Exposure to various technologies, including new modeling, and looking at new data architecture and data implementation.

-Contract to hire and growth opportunities, large teams, exposure to all aspects of anti-money laundering business functions.

Interview Process:
1st Round - 1 HR - technical interview - 2-3 person panel with tech leads
2nd Round - 30 mins - with HM
