EDUCATION/
EXPERIENCE:
Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of practical involvement with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
Thorough understanding of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, planning, warehousing, and order management.
Experience in gathering business requirements and converting them into functional system requirements.
Hands-on experience in ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective collaboration with both business and technical teams.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of D365 Finance processes and cost management module
Previous involvement in role security administration
Awareness of ISVs and their integration methods
Demonstrated involvement in various SCM modules
Experience with D365 Inquires and Reporting Proficiency in Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps MUST HAVES:
Practical experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain processes and modules like Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Inventory Expertise in product information management
Understanding of inventory dimensions
Knowledge of BOMs, Routes, Resources
Experience with Advanced Warehousing in a manufacturing setup
Participation in 2-3 deployments as a key member of the implementation team Demonstrated functional responsibility for system modules
Proficiency in Excel data analysis
Ability to diagnose issues by analyzing transaction data Skill in data conversions
Creation of well-structured documentation (process steps and test scripts)
Comfortable working within structured environments
Experience with UAT, DEV, TEST, PROD environments
Knowledge of change control processes and approvals RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze, document, and enhance supply chain processes in D365 SCM.Act as a functional expert in D365 Supply Chain Management.
Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
Configure and provide support for D365 SCM modules and functionalities
Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for improving inventory, planning, procurement, and operational effectiveness.
Investigate system issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technical teams and Microsoft support when necessary.
Create functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Support D365 implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and system integrations.
Ensure accurate translation of functional requirements into system solutions by collaborating with developers and technical teams.
Monitor system performance and data quality, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
Provide support for data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to supply chain operations.
Offer production support and assist users with D365-related queries and problems.
Identify opportunities for automation, process standardization, and continual improvement.
Stay updated on the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Microsoft release updates.
