Do you have the expertise to design and deliver solutions for establishing system user's credentials, and processes for applying those credentials to access enterprise systems and applications?

You Are An accomplished CIAM leader with deep expertise in customer identity strategy, architecture, and delivery, ready to lead large-scale transformation programs for enterprise clients. You have a proven track record of shaping and delivering complex CIAM implementations—spanning registration, authentication, MFA and passwordless, consent management, and fraud prevention—while managing executive client relationships, leading onshore and offshore teams, and growing the business.

You translate technical identity concepts into clear business outcomes for senior stakeholders and are passionate about developing talent.

The Work:

Lead the design and delivery of CIAM solutions that transform how clients engage, authenticate, and protect their customers across digital channels

Shape CIAM strategies, roadmaps, and target-state architectures, and oversee the design, build, testing, and production cutover of customer identity solutions to ensure the identity platform, applications, APIs, and fraud and risk services work together seamlessly

Work with project teams, delivery leads, alliance partners, and client stakeholders to create stand-out customer identity offerings powered by leading CIAM platforms (e.g., Ping Identity, Forge Rock, Okta CIAM, Auth0, Forge Rock, Microsoft Entra B2B/B2C /External )Lead and develop multi-disciplinary onshore and offshore teams, managing program scope, budget, risk, and quality

Develop strong relationships with client executives and serve as a trusted advisor on customer identity, security, and digital experience

Make the business case for recommended CIAM investments, articulating value in terms of customer experience, conversion, fraud reduction, and operational efficiency

Lead Accenture sales efforts, including opportunity shaping, solution development, proposals, SOWs, and client orals

Continue to grow your CIAM technical and business expertise while contributing to practice growth through offering development, alliance partnerships, and thought leadership

Be ready to rack up those air miles with weekly travel to client sites Monday through Thursday Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what we need Minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, including at least 6 years of CIAM functional and technical experience
