As the IT Infrastructure & Engineering Manager, you will:

• Lead the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's infrastructure environment.
• Serve as a hands‑on technical leader responsible for cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity initiatives, systems engineering, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Actively perform engineering, administration, troubleshooting, and implementation work while managing day‑to‑day operations of the infrastructure team.
• Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for technical staff.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure and systems‑related issues.
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning through implementation while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and business objectives are achieved.
• Manage and optimize cloud environments, network infrastructure, virtualized environments, storage platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver technology solutions that support organizational goals.
• Oversee vendor relationships, technology contracts, and service providers.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, security, and capacity to ensure reliable operations.
• Identify opportunities to modernize systems, reduce risk, improve resiliency, and optimize technology investments.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the organization's long‑term technology roadmap.
• Lead by example through hands‑on technical execution and operational excellence.
