Location: Pittsburgh, PA | Experience: 2-4 Years | Salary: $85,000-$90,000

What You'll Do:
As a Transactional Business & Commercial Real Estate Associate, you will:

• Draft & Review Contracts: Ensure contracts are clear, enforceable, and minimize risk.
• Negotiate Sales & Purchase Agreements: Protect clients' interests in daily operations and large-scale transactions.
• Handle Investment & Financing Law Matters: Structure deals and secure favorable legal terms for investors, loans, and capital-raising activities.

Who You Are:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
• 2-4 years of experience in business transactions or commercial real estate
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills
• Excited to collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and directly impact clients' commercial success
