As a Senior Communications Specialist within PNC's Asset Management Group Investment Office organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA.
As a Senior Communications Specialist for the Asset Management Group Investment Office, you will have cross-functional responsibilities that will be split primarily between collateral administrative support (shared mailbox maintenance, request delegation, material review, approval coordination) and conference/event planning. Responsibilities will include:
- Executing conference and event planning tasks. This includes initial outreach with business partners to verify participation, securing venues and resources, sourcing giveaways, executing and hosting post-event debrief meetings.
- Coordinating event scheduling details, including speaker availability, presentation materials (when applicable), and communicating updates with internal and external business partners.
- Assisting in the management of various team mailboxes, triaging and dispositioning emails received.
- Ensuring collateral is current, accessible and aligned across various profiles.
- Assisting in the management of collateral particularly around managing expirations and required reviews.
- Assisting in collateral submissions for legal and compliance approval. Coordinating material approval routings.
- Maintaining and updating materials across our shared drives and content management platform (Seismic). Editing, formatting and maintaining photos in Photoshop.
- Support the development, review and distribution of communications.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support.
Preferred Skills/
Experience:
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise
- Experience using Share Point
- Ability to prioritize projects, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- General knowledge of graphics/photo-editing software preferred
- Seismic and Photoshop experience preferred
