Description:
We are seeking an experienced RN with a strong background in home care. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of recent and relevant experience in the field. Experience with OASIS and Epic systems is required. In this role, the nurse will be responsible for conducting 25-30 patient visits each week. The visits will include both start of care assessments and revisits.
This position is crucial for providing quality care to patients in their homes.
