Job Description

Key Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of pediatric nursing experience
• Prior experience working in educational or similar environments is highly valued
• Ability to work independently and respond efficiently to overnight duties
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with children and multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities

• Provide overnight nursing care and continuous monitoring to students
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by individualized care plans
• Respond to medical emergencies, ensuring safety and proper documentation
• Communicate regularly with daytime staff regarding student health needs and overnight occurrences
• Maintain complete, HIPAA-compliant medical records
• Serve as a supportive presence for students, fostering a nurturing and safe environment

Role Details

• Full-time: 40 hours/week, 11pm–7am, Sunday through Thursday
• Onsite position with direct student interaction
• Contract runs through June 2026 with option for summer and next school year through June 2027
• Immediate start available
