Experience with cell isolation techniques, multi-color flow cytometry, multiplex cytokine ELISA, and cytotoxicity assays are essential. Experience in single-cell RNA-seq analysis will be considered as a plus. The candidate should be able to plan and carry out experimental work and troubleshoot independently. Ideally, the candidate will have at least a BS degree with 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience or graduate degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant field of study.
