Technology Sales Consultant – AT&T Products Core Objectives:
As an Technology Sales Consultant – AT&T Products, you will act as the face of our company, engaging directly with small and medium-sized businesses to understand their communication needs.
Master and present a diverse portfolio of AT&T products and services, including internet, wireless, and voice solutions, to potential clients.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and tailored solutions.
Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking within the local Pittsburgh market.
Conduct thorough needs analyses to develop customized telecommunications solutions that address specific business challenges.
Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop and execute targeted strategies to increase market share for the Telecom Sales Representative role.
Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the B2B telecom landscape.
Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately and in a timely in our CRM system as an AT&T Representative.
