Chapman Ford of Lancaster is seeking a motivated sales professional who can work with our customers to identify opportunities for sales.
In this role, you will focus on engaging with clients, reviewing their vehicle needs, and presenting purchasing options that improve their driving experience or monthly payment.

Assist customers with upgrading into vehicles from our new Ford lineup and pre-owned inventory

Work within our CRM to connect with customers who may need a new or replace current vehicle.
Client Relationship ManagementServe as a trusted advisor to our existing clients and guide them through a smooth transition into their next vehicle.
Performance & GrowthConsistently work toward monthly sales goals through strong customer relationships and effective communication.
Requirements What We’re Looking For Experienced Automotive Sales Professional1–3 years of automotive sales experience preferred with a record of consistent performance.
Strong CommunicatorAbility to build trust quickly and guide customers through the buying process in a professional and transparent manner.
Organized & MotivatedComfortable managing follow-ups, appointments, and customer relationships.
Technology FriendlyExperience using CRM systems or dealership software to track and manage customer interactions.
Professional Requirements- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Commitment to maintaining strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong follow-up and customer service skills
