Supervisor Responsibilities:

* Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel.

* Serve as the primary liaison between Metro One and client facility management.

* Must be able to work both weekend days.

* Scheduled shift times will be 2p-10p. Must have the ability to work other shift times as well when needed. Other shift times include 6a-2p and 10p-6a.

* Train and supervise staff on:

* Emergency response procedures

* Evacuation protocols

* Hazmat guidelines

* Fire safety measures

* Injury and incident reporting processes

* Ensure full compliance with Metro One's internal policies, protocols, and performance standards.

* Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns.

* Report findings to both client and Metro One leadership in a timely, professional manner.

* Support the performance of emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness.

* Manage all security-related equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance.

* Foster productive, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.

* Implement and maintain effective communication protocols to ensure seamless coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Supervisory experience managing uniform security staff is required.

* Background in security or safety operations within logistics, fulfillment, or industrial settings preferred.

* Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement is required.

* Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training.

* Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and meet local licensing requirements.
