UPMC - : [Building Maintenance] As a General Maintenance Worker at UPMC, you'll:
Perform a variety of minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or HVAC trades throughout the hospital and grounds;
Determine priorities of inspections or repairs based on previous shift reports;
Be responsible for proper maintenance of water treatment to all open and closed loops;
Read utility meters and check against company readings to insure against any discrepancies;
Be responsible for familiarization with shop practices, operation and use of equipment, hand and power tools, and materials.
