Job Responsibilities

* Perform general property and building maintenance

* Handle electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs and troubleshooting

* Move dumpsters in and out a few times per week

* Complete work orders promptly and maintain safety standards

* Collaborate with property staff to ensure resident satisfaction

Qualifications

* Must be physically able to lift and carry heavy items

* Previous experience in property, building, or commercial maintenance

* Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

* Own tools required

* Reliable and committed to full-time work

* Immediate availability preferred
