In this position, you'll play an important part in supporting day-to-day accounts payable operations. You'll help ensure invoices are processed efficiently, questions are resolved quickly, and financial records stay organized. What you'll do:

• Review incoming invoices to make sure they are complete, accurate, and include the proper supporting documentation
• Code invoices appropriately and enter payment information into the financial system
• Process vendor invoices in a timely manner while following approval workflows
• Match invoices to purchase orders, receipts, and other supporting records as needed
• Work with internal teams and vendors to research and resolve billing discrepancies or payment-related questions
• Keep accounts payable files and documentation organized for reporting and audit purposes
• Track payment status and help ensure approved invoices are paid on time
• Support additional accounts payable and finance-related administrative tasks as needed
