Service Technician

Service Technician at Haddad Hyundai in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This full-time role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing routine maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles’ problems accurately and efficiently in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Complete maintenance tasks on vehicles in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Maintain an effective working relationship with customers.
• Communicate progress of repairs to service advisors and the parts department.
• Adhere to all safety regulations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Basic automotive knowledge and technical skills.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain car manufacturer service and warranty information.
