Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Pittsfield, MA

Enterprise – Pittsfield, MA | Pay: $19.00 per hour | Full‑time (40 hours/week) | Work Week:
Monday‑Friday with weekend and holiday availability.

The Seasonal Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offers company‑approved services and products to ensure a positive experience for all customers. The role also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide an efficient and timely rental and return experience.

Seasonal employment window: mid‑May 2026 to on or before October 31, 2026, not exceeding 150 days.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
  • Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and optional services (protection products, upgrades, fuel options, equipment).
  • Offer additional assistance such as directions, maps, local area information, and service information.
  • Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors.
  • Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
  • Assist in assessing condition of rental upon return.
  • Notify Management of any known customer problems.
  • Notify Management of any vehicle problems or required maintenance.
  • Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on‑the‑job training, and participate in company‑sponsored classroom training.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents within the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
  • At least 6 months of prior customer service experience.
  • Basic PC and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship required.
