Project Manager | Architect – Bradley Architect, Inc. Pittsfield, MA

We currently have an immediate opening for an Architect with strong technical and collaborative skills in mainly the commercial project sector. Our projects cover a wide variety of commercial types including Office, Mixed-use, Multifamily, Retail, Restaurant, Academic, Adaptive Re-use, and Housing Authority.

• Architecture degree & a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an architecture office or no professional degree and a minimum of 8-10 years working in an architecture office
• The ability to pursue and obtain a MA Architect’s License preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of construction and construction detailing
• Strong AutoCAD experience required. Revit experience desired but not required
• Ability to use documentation software
• Ability to communicate with Partners and Clients in a positive manner
• Must be able to develop projects through Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration, and Close-out at an intermediate level minimum.
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
