Call schedule: 7 days/month which includes one weekend
Rates to submit:
On call daily, hourly, call back, orientation, conversion
Average Number of Cases Per Day - 5 per week
Average Number of Patients per Day - 20
EMR - Expanse
Support Staff - 2 PA's, 2 Audiologists, 6 CMA's 5 clinical support reps
80 office based/20% hospital -(surgery)
Minimum Board Certification: BC
