The organization is a nonprofit health care provider and community partner offering high‑quality healthcare, dental services, wellness education and family support services.
Position OverviewLocation:
MA – Pittsfield, CHP Neighborhood Health Center.
Salary: $195,000 – $225,500 per year.
Full‑time, Exempt.
- Participate in the practice call schedule
- Maintain board certification and all required certifications (including BLS and PALS)
- Maintain patient medical records within the electronic health record in a timely fashion
- Submit patient charges in a timely fashion
- Support the mission, vision and values of CHP
- Be a community ambassador for CHP
- Abide by all HR policies, including those pertaining to professional behavior
- Participate in practice and organizational meetings and events in a positive, collaborative, and supportive manner
- Provide constructive guidance and feedback to colleagues and the organization
- Participate in the peer review program
- Supervise colleagues as needed

Skills and Qualifications

- Graduation from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency
- Licensing through the USMLE
- Active and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
- Specialty board certification, or obtain within one year of hire
- Prefer previous practice experience of three or more years
- Prefer bilingual in English and Spanish
