- Leadership Role:Take the reins as the Lead Physician, mentoring and guiding a talented team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to deliver the highest standard of care.

- Leadership & Mentorship
:
Lead, inspire, and support a team of clinicians, fostering a collaborative, patient-focused atmosphere where everyone can thrive. - Direct Patient Care
:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based care for a diverse patient population in a primary care setting, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing conditions, creating treatment plans, and promoting wellness. - Clinical Oversight
:
Ensure best practices are followed in all patient care activities and help develop clinical guidelines that enhance patient outcomes. - Collaboration
:
Work closely with administrative leadership, clinical staff, and other specialists to continuously improve workflows and enhance the patient experience. - Continuing Education
:
Stay current with medical advancements, promote staff education, andparticipatein the training and development of other clinicians. - Quality Improvement
:
Lead andparticipatein initiatives aimed at improving patient care, safety, and clinical outcomes.
- MD or DOwith board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
- Experience:At least3years of clinical experience in a primary care setting, with prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent Communication
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients, team members, and leadership. - Patient-Centered Approach:A deep commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
- Leadership & Mentorship:Proven ability to lead, inspire, and foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
