Join Our Team as a Locum - Physician - Urology in Pittsfield, MA Are you a skilled Urology physician looking for an engaging temporary opportunity to make a difference in patient care? We are seeking a dedicated Locum Urology Physician to provide inpatient services within a dynamic hospital setting.

This role offers the chance to collaborate with a talented team of urologists, contribute to comprehensive urological care, and enjoy flexible scheduling all while earning competitive compensation. In this vital position, you will cover a full spectrum of urology services including general urology and inpatient surgeries without on-call responsibilities. The assignment involves working during varied shifts, primarily from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, in a hospital-based inpatient environment, with all inpatient care conducted onsite.

You will work alongside a team of five urologists, providing high-quality services and ensuring excellent patient outcomes. Key skills and qualifications include:
Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid licensure in Massachusetts Board certification or eligibility in Urology Proven experience in general urology and inpatient surgical procedures Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a multidisciplinary team Preferred qualifications enhancing your candidacy:
Prior experience in hospital-based urology practice Familiarity with Meditech EMR or similar electronic documentation systems Additional anesthesia or surgical certification(s) Educational and professional experience:
Completion of an accredited Urology residency program Prior locum or hospital-based practice experience is advantageous but not mandatory Other requirements:
Availability to start from February 2, 2026, through March 31, 2026 Willingness to travel and cover expenses such as flights, accommodations, and car rentals, with reimbursements aligned with IRS standards Onsite laboratory services and collaboration with other urologists during the assignment This opportunity offers competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral program.
