As an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector, you will leverage award-winning training, a trusted brand, and a supportive team to deliver peace of mind to homeowners. No experience required.

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training to recommend the best innovative pest solution for each customer's needs.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads, using a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services can give them peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
• Make recommendations to customers based on inspection and issues identified, addressing any questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and help stay organized.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and roof tops, including ability to climb, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment, including an OSHA-compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
