Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill a Systems Engineering Support Specialist - Conventional Prompt Strike position that just opened in Pittsfield, MA. In this role, you will join a cross-functional engineering team delivering integrated hardware, software, and systems solutions. To be considered, you will have a Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Contract:
24 months or longer Pay: $43.44/hour Role Summary As a Systems Engineering Support Specialist on the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program, you will join a cross-functional engineering team delivering integrated hardware, software, and systems solutions. This role may focus on one or more of the following areas:
* Test & Integration Engineering:
Hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing
* Requirements Engineering:
Documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements
* Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE):
System modeling, simulations, and design analysis
* Hardware-Systems Engineering:
Design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware systems Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience);
Master's degree preferred
* Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
* Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, requirements management, and modeling tools
* Ability to learn quickly, manage complexity, and thrive in collaborative environments
* U.S. citizenship required Security Clearance
* Department of Defense Secret clearance preferred at time of hire
* Applicants will undergo a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information What Sets You Apart
