Contract Position

Pay Estimated: $48.50-$53.50/Hour

Ability to Obtain and Maintain a Secret Clearance

This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.

• Collaborate on a cross-functional engineering team to design and sustain secure information systems.
• Perform requirements decomposition
  , tracking, and management using tools like IBM DOORS
  .
• Develop, maintain, and execute test procedures for system-level validation and verification.
• Support virtualized environments
  , system administration (Linux/Windows), and cybersecurity tool integration.
• Administer and troubleshoot databases (Mongo
  
  DB preferred) and network configurations (
  Cisco systems).
• Automate tasks and enhance system operability using Windows Power Shell and scripting tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system architectures
  , ensuring performance and compliance with technical standards.

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering
  , or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Working knowledge of systems engineering principles
  , including requirements management and system modeling.
• Experience with DOORS
  , Simulink
  , test procedure development
  , and systems integration
  .
• Familiarity with operating system administration
  , virtualization
  , and cybersecurity tools
  .
• Experience with Cisco networking
  , database administration (Mongo
  
  DB preferred), and Power Shell scripting
  .
• Agile development experience preferred.
