Overview

We’re seeking a Clinical Supervisor who will provide weekly clinical supervision to all therapists and interns on the campus, oversee campus clinical interventions, assist in crisis management, and support day-to-day needs of the campus clinical department. They will also provide clinical services for students as needed, including individual and family therapy, treatment team participation, paperwork, coordination of student treatment plans, and group therapy facilitation.

Salary Range:
71,464 To 78,862 Per Year

Responsibilities
  • Lead and provide weekly clinical supervision for therapists and interns on the campus.
  • Oversee campus clinical interventions and assist in crisis management; provide clinical services as needed (individual, group, and family therapy).
  • Coordinate student treatment plans, participate in treatment team meetings, and manage related paperwork.
  • Participate in diagnostic and high-risk assessment processes; provide psychiatric and behavioral crisis support.
  • Attend scheduled trainings/INs; maintain licensure and CEUs as necessary; plan and provide training on clinical topics.
  • Support campus administrators on clinical issues; participate in committees and internal program evaluations; assist in clinical administration meetings.
  • Complete all agency-required treatment documentation in a timely manner; provide information to outside agencies as necessary.
  • Facilitate weekly clinical meetings and support co-facilitation of Parent Advisory Group meetings when required.
Educational Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work;
Independent License is Required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches appropriate to each child; participate in diagnostic and high-risk assessments; provide crisis support; participate in multi-disciplinary treatment teams; make home visits for family work as required; manage intake and discharge updates.
  • Attend trainings and pursue licensure/CEUs; plan and provide clinical trainings as requested.
  • Participate in Clinical Administration meetings; support campus administrators on clinical issues; participate in committees and professional development groups; assist in internal program evaluations.
  • Complete all treatment documentation in a timely manner; coordinate with outside agencies as necessary; provide enhanced services to meet funding/contractual obligations.
  • Provide weekly clinical supervision of essential duties for campus therapists and interns; facilitate weekly clinical meetings; support Parent Advisory Group meetings when required.
