• Weekly Direct Deposits
• 4% Match on 401k Savings Plan
• Full time, Part time & Per Diem hours
• Earn up to $20.00/hr
• Time and a half for holidays & over 40 hrs
• Compensation upgrades
• Paid travel time and mileage

• Paid time off (Vacation/Personal)
• Earn an extra $1.00 per hour working weekend day shift
• Extra $1.00 per hour for CNA license or HHA certificate

• Experience caring for elderly and/or disabled individuals
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Authorized to work in the US
• Compassionate provider of personal care, homemaking, and companion services
• Certification preferred, but not required
• Experience with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Hospice care preferred but not required
• Criminal background record check
• A minimum of 4 references (2 personal and 2 professional)
• Recent TB test completed within the past year
• Working every other weekend is a requirement

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking as needed.
• Launder clothing and linens to maintain a clean living environment.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Assist with medication reminders.
