Pay: $28.30 - $30.50 per hour

An exciting opportunity at Elder Services of Berkshire County for a LMHC or MSW looking to make a positive impact by advancing the health and well-being of older adults and their caregivers through offering access to timely flexible mental health services. This Clinician will work to initiate services and attend an individual’s immediate needs and then link them with longer-term service providers.

Requirements: Masters’ degree from an accredited school of social work, counseling, psychology, or human services; LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or MSW with licensure within the first 6 months of employment and at least two years’ experience in counseling or case management post licensure preferred. Also, must have the ability to meet the behavioral health needs of consumers via telehealth or in-person, including the home setting.

Candidates must be willing to collaborate with community partners, including but not limited to Police, Fire, Adult Protective Services, Council(s) on Aging, housing service coordinators and others; to refer, assess and provide assistance to older adults in need/distress in a timely manner.
