Salary: $43,000 – $48,000.

• This role coordinates external patient transportation based on triage of emergency and non-emergency requests across all three hospitals (BMC, NARH, FVH).

• Experience:
  
  Two years field related clinical experience as an EMT required; paramedic experience preferred.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensure &
  
  Certifications:
  
  CERTEM - Certified EMT Paramedic in MA required;
  National Registered EMT preferred;
  Paramedic preferred; BLS required; ACLS required; PALS preferred.
• Skills & Abilities:
  Medical Terminology required;
  Knowledge of Insurance prior authorization required;
  Strong interpersonal skills;
  High level of flexibility;
  Organizational skills;
  Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
  Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
