Description:
Candidates must reside outside of 50 miles from the facility.
To avoid processing delays, include permanent address in profile upload.
Only MLS/MT candidates are eligible for this position.
MLT candidates will not be considered.
Any requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified during profile upload.
Requests made after upload or during the interview will not be approved.
No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.
Travelers may not take all holidays off.
Must work two blocks if scheduled/needed:
Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after.
Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after.
New Year’s Eve through New Year’s Day and weekend after.
Additional non-billable call-back may apply.
Profile requirements include work history and signed reference from within the past two years of employment.
Active BLS and National Certification Required.
Documentation of certification is required for completion of profile.
Every other weekend and holidays are required if needed.
