Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated skill in customer service and physician relations
Ability to demonstrate professional and mature judgment
Description:
Under the direction of the Administrative Director, manage the administrative, informational, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, clinical performance compliance, and operational functions of all patient care sections of the department.
Manage staffing concerns, collaborate on resource utilization, and resolve performance management issues.
Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Clienttion Oncology area along with departmental accreditation.
Ensure customer service standards of ownership, appearance, communication, commitment to coworkers, privacy, safety awareness, and overall comfort and attitude are practiced by all staff.
Travelers must have their own vehicle for this assignment.
