Recovery Program Grant Project Manager - Hybrid/Remote

Based in Pittsfield, MA (Hybrid/Remote). Compensation: $76,500.00–$88,000.00

The Recovery Program Project Manager position is contingent upon grant funds, employment will depend on the successful acquisition and continuation of the behavioral health grant. The Grant Project Manager will coordinate the implementation and administration of a SAMHSA/Department of Public Health (DPH) grant aimed at integrating behavioral health and primary care services. This role ensures compliance with federal and state requirements, manages project timelines and deliverables, and coordinates cross‑functional teams to achieve program objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day operations management, monitoring budget and data compliance.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensures the project meets performance measures and oversees data collection and entry staff.
  • Ensures strict compliance with internal and funding regulations.
  • Project planning and implementation.
  • Data, compliance, and reporting.

  • Stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills, with superior attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to draft detailed reports and proposals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration/project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and flexibility in responding to demands and changes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution;
    Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in project management, grant administration, or healthcare program coordination (preferably with SAMHSA or DPH funded programs).
  • Experience with healthcare and knowledge of integrated care models is a plus.
