Supervises the molding operation for the assigned shift.

• Assign floor support people to machines and areas, monitor performance.
• Ensure proper operation of machines, continuous supply of raw materials, inserts and packaging.
• Ensure proper movement of product according to work orders and quality plan.
• Resolve machine alarms and quality problems quickly; shut down machines when correction cannot be made.
• Review and initially move tags on defective material or send to MRB as necessary.
• Assist in machine set‑up when required.
• Assign priorities to inspection personnel on off shifts to achieve production schedules.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned and directed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years in injection molding.
• Proven supervisory skills.

• Must be able to stand and/or walk 80% of the day.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
