Salary: $71,190.15-$88,048.46

• The position will be responsible for working with the Design Team, the Metal Fabrication department, and other departments in the shop. Cutting materials for all aspects of sign making. Reading shop drawings. Setting toolpaths, checking designs, and reviewing artwork. Handling heavy materials for loading and completion. Multi-tasking and working under pressure. Attention to detail. Good communication skills. Responsible for maintaining shop equipment and inventory levels.
• Previous experience in Carpentry, metal fabrication, or CNC equipment is a plus. Previous CNC router experience is not required but is a plus. Must adapt to changing work situations and troubleshoot file and material issues. Must have reliable transportation. Must have a desire to learn new skills. Drug-free.
