• The Licensed Practical Nurse supports the nursing process and functions under the direction of the Medical Director, Mid-level Provider, and/or Clinical Manager. The Licensed Practical Nurse must adhere to policy and procedure for Berkshire Medical Center and Berkshire Faculty Services clinical services.

• Experience: Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing. Has a thorough knowledge of nursing principles and procedures. Experience in Urgent Care, phlebotomy, specimen testing, IV therapy preferred.
• Education and Training: Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• License, Certification & Registration: LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse(s).
• Other Requirements: Demonstrates continuing education in accordance with State regulations. Assures compliance with unit-specific scope of practice. Data entry skills preferred. Working knowledge of Windows-based PC applications required. Ability to work independently and take direction. Self-motivated and able to be independent and flexible in a team framework. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Travel: Travel between Lenox and Pittsfield Urgent Care may be required.
