Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Assist in training patients to perform peritoneal dialysis independently at home

• Manage current patients who already perform peritoneal dialysis at home

• Must be willing to visit patients at home on occasion

• Rotating on-call responsibilities required

• Holiday work required if needed

• 8 hours of non-billable orientation

• 3 years of current renal experience required

• Baxter AMIA Peritoneal Cycler experience strongly preferred

• Must have own vehicle and current insurance with clean driving record

• BLS (AHA) certification required

• Massachusetts nursing license required

• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility

• Skills checklist current within one year required

• One supervisory signed reference from within past two years required

• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission

• Maximum 5 days of requested time off accepted
