Thefull-timescheduleincludes4onsiteworkdaysandsharedon-call.
- Conductingcomprehensivepatientassessments,obtainingpatienthistories,andperformingphysicalexaminations.
- Orderingandinterpretingdiagnosticaltestssuchaslaboratorytests,EKGs,imaging procedures,andothernecessarytests.
- Developing,implementing,andadjustingindividualizedtreatmentplansincollaborationwiththeattendingphysician.
- Prescribingandadministeringmedications,includingintravenoustherapiesandbloodproducts,as appropriate,andmonitoringpatientresponsetotherapy.
- Documentingandmaintainingaccurateandcompletemedicalrecords,includingprogressnotes,patient data,andtreatmentplansasperpolicy.
