Sage Group Health Care  Staffing is seeking Behavioral Health Registered Nurse for travel /contract position in Pittsfield, MA. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Contract Length: 13 weeks-Accepting Local and Travel Candidates

Pay Rate:

Range $2600 to $2960 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Behavioral health unit, Adults

Shift: 8 Hours;
Afternoons, 3.00p-11.30p / Nights, 11.00p – 7.30a(Traveler must be available for either/both shifts).

Schedule: 40 hours / week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, every other weekend.

• Registered Nurse: 2 years - Required
• Recent/Current Psychiatric or Behavioralhealth nursing: 2 years – Required
• Experience with Meditech Expanse –Highly preferred.
• Covid Vaccinated – Required

• ASN or an equivalent – Required
• BSN or an equivalent – Highly preferred
• RN License for State of MA - Required
• CPI Certification or similar - Preferred
• BLS Certification from AHA
  - Required

• Provide all aspects of Psychiatric Nursing care for patients in assigned behavioralhealth unit/s.
• The Registered Nurse (RN) manages and coordinates the nursing care activities during the client'shospitalization in accordance with organization policies and procedures. This includes assessment, diagnosis, planning and establishing outcomes, implementation,and evaluation.
• Based on this process, theRN directs and is responsible for other personnel involved in client care.
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders.
• Prepares, administers, and records medications in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications.
• Records information concisely, accurately and completely.
• Participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning and revises plan of care based on assessment.
