Support a busy hospital-based surgical environment in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, with a strong mix of general anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, obstetrical anesthesia, neurosurgical anesthesia, and regional anesthesia cases. This locum tenens CRNA opportunity offers a well-structured schedule in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, a welcoming Berkshire community with convenient access to year-round outdoor recreation.

• Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Locum Tenens
• Specialty: General Anesthesia
• Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts
• Start Date: August 1, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $7,660 - $8,070
• Setting: Hospital-based main OR and endoscopy environment
• Case Volume: Approximately 3-5 main OR cases per day and 12-15 endoscopy cases
• Supervision: Supervised practice model
• EMR: Meditech Expanse
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 1 month

• Board Certified CRNA (AANA) required
• Active Massachusetts CRNA license or willingness to obtain required
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience preferred; 2 years of experience highly preferred
• Experience with general surgical cases, pediatric cases, obstetrical cases, neurosurgical cases, and regional anesthesia techniques preferred
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced surgical and anesthesia care setting

• Provide anesthesia care for adult and pediatric general surgical cases
• Support IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, and regional anesthesia procedures
• Assist with obstetrical anesthesia and neurosurgical cases as needed
• Work under supervision within a team-oriented OR and endoscopy environment
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered anesthesia care
