Description:

Provide and document nursing care of the sick and injured in a home setting.

Intervene to promote, maintain, or restore health and prevent illness.

Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care luate individual and family response to nursing interventions.

Utilize time management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills in providing care.

Demonstrate critical thinking skills and maintain emotional stability in emergency settings.

Exercise independent judgment in patient care.

Demonstrate flexibility in assuming varied assignments as needed.

History of successful self-scheduling of caseload preferred.

Must have a working knowledge of home care reimbursement and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate must possess their own vehicle for home care services.

All scheduling requests must be made prior to submission.

Candidate must be willing to work every third weekend and holiday coverage if required.
