Wait Staff​/Server

Join Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) as a Wait Staff/Server, serving meals to residents in a long‑term care facility and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your day will involve preparing the dining area, serving residents according to dietary needs, maintaining a clean environment, and working closely with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth meal service.

USD $18.00 - $19.00 /Hr.

• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Set up and break down dining areas before and after meals.
• Ensure a clean and safe dining environment by following sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with residents, guests, and staff.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth meal service.
• Assist with food preparation as needed (e.g., plating and assembling meals).
• Follow all safety and food handling regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a dining or food service environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with residents, staff, and management.
• Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 25 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area is required.
