Position Summary

The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a sales‑focused role that delivers exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. You will promote products and services, schedule service appointments, and handle transactions efficiently. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and customer service to thrive in a fast‑paced automotive retail environment while contributing to our growth and success.

Pay Range
: $16.28 – $24.36 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate as a motivated sales individual.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services.
• Respond energetically to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• At least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with and assist customers regarding sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Valid automobile driver’s license at all times and ability to drive company vehicles.
