The Seasonal Sales Associate assists customers and helps maintain the store appearance. This position is designated for company‑identified seasonal periods and is temporary to support increased business during high volume times.

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the register.
• Be knowledgeable of all promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and support selling product; assist with Ollie's Army and other donation programs throughout the year.
• Maintain a neat and organized front‑end work area.
• Assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Communicate customer needs to team leaders when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the overall store.
• Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

New Hire Starting Pay: $15.50‑$16.50 per hour.

This pay represents the base hourly rate for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Pay ranges may vary by location. Actual associate pay will be based on location, position, experience, skill level, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Associates will not be compensated below the minimum wage for the specific location where the individual has applied, in accordance with city, county, and state requirements.
