Master journeyman plumber installer

Overview

Wtpi Service Heating and Cooling is seeking Master/journeyman Installer for their Pittsfield, MA location. In this role, you will install equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment. Also will be in the on call rotation.

• Perform installation of furnaces, air conditioning units, ductless heat pumps, boilers, hydronic HVAC, indoor air quality accessories, and any other heating, cooling, and indoor comfort products.
• Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure.
• Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
• Document legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submit daily.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with residential HVAC systems
• Master/Journeyman plumbing License
• EPA – Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license / Clean driving record
