Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00/hr (based on the highest level of education and applicable experience) + Shift Differ entails ( additional $0.50/hr, $0.82/hr, $2.50/hr or $2.75/hr)

Who we are?

Hillcrest Educational Foundation is a private nonprofit organization that helps children, teens, and families in Berkshire County, MA, and throughout the Northeast. We provide personalized support through special education, therapy, and other services.

Our students often face serious challenges, such as autism, mental health issues, or difficult behaviors. Some live at home and come to our programs during the day, while others live in our care full-time.

At Hillcrest, we focus on understanding each person’s needs and helping them grow, learn, and succeed in life.

What will you be doing?

Responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and well-being of all students in your assigned area.

Supporting students in acquiring coping skills by guiding them to make thoughtful choices and understand the impact of their decisions.

Participating as a member of the Treatment Team to help ensure consistent care and support.

Bachelors Degree. Experience in the field preferred.
