• Community Care Kistler - Luzerne County
• Geisinger Montage – Lackawanna County

North Central:

• Geisinger Medical Clinic Lock Haven - Clinton County

Western:

• Geisinger Philipsburg - Centre County
• Geisinger Mifflintown - Juniata County
• Geisinger Lewistown - Mifflin County

• Salary $320k
• Paid time off - 20 days (earn 13.34 hours per monthly pay)
• Extended time off – eligible for up to 130 days of full salary continuation for personal illness after 6 months of employment
• Paid parental and military leave
• Paid holidays – Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day
• Continuing medical education
  – 15 days and $4,500 CME funds
