• Lead classes using an Emergent Curriculum that sparks curiosity
• Support emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a safe setting
• Partner with parents using strong communication and empathy

• Maintain detailed records in line with EEC standards

• High School Diploma
• 2500 documented hours working with children, references are required.
• Clean background and up-to-date health screenings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experienced in emergent curriculum approaches
• Bilingual or experience with special education
• Leadership or mentor experience
