We offer planning, design, and construction management for municipal, infrastructure, transportation, land development, and building system projects that make a difference in our communities.

We’re seeking an Experienced Engineer (municipal, structural, or water/wastewater) for our Stroudsburg and Pittston, PA offices. Candidates should have a B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering, at least 3 years’ experience with a civil engineering firm. Project management experience and Pennsylvania P.E. license or eligibility for reciprocity preferred.

• Experience in municipal/structural water and wastewater systems, and regulatory coordination
• Supervise technical staff and coordinate project documents
• Plan, design, schedule, conduct and coordinate detailed phases of a project independently as well as with other engineering disciplines and project management staff
• Oversee field work and manage project phases
• Research local codes and prepare reports and designs for permitting
• Design site layouts, grading, and drainage
• Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other engineering design software
• Strong knowledge of drainage systems, hydrology, and water resources management
• Experience with wastewater treatment facilities and stormwater management practices
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain reciprocity preferred
