- Total Annual Compensation: $85,000 – $120,000 (Base Salary $85,000–$100,000 + Bonus up to $20,000)

- Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA services to children with autism
- Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40‑hour week (billable hours not tied to pay)
- Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
- Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
- Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
- Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
- Active BCBA certification from the BACB
- State licensure where required
- ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic‑based setting
- Passion for ethical, client‑centered ABA in a team‑focused environment
