- 2 weeks of mandatory extensive on‑the‑job paid training
- Monday – Friday from 9 am – 3 pm (you are welcomed to stay later to learn more with our evening clients)
- Train with seasoned staff trainers who will explain what they are doing and why
- 1:1 trainings with our BCBA(s)
- Videos with review / Q & A with our BCBA(s)
- Pre / Post Test
- 40 hours of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training online (required for our BHT position)
- Opportunity to earn your RBT certification (exam paid by the company upon passing; additional $1.00 more per hour with RBT certification)
- Build a meaningful, trusting connection with children and their families.
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy, helping children develop communication, social skills, and daily living skills.
- Use positive reinforcement and no restraints to teach and encourage desired behaviors.
- Work directly under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized treatment plans.
- Engage actively with children in play, structured learning activities, and skill building exercises.
- Record and track progress with data collection.
- Collaborate with families and team members to provide consistent, compassionate care.
- Have reliable transportation and be able to travel to multiple work sites (clinic, schools, or at families’ homes).
- Assist with activities of daily living & toileting.
- Provide constructive feedback to help you achieve your best potential.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and move easily from sitting and kneeling to standing position.
- Experience working with children (special needs is a bonus).
- Special education, autism experience, applied behavior analysis (or related fields) is a bonus.
- Compassionate, empathetic, nurturing, patient, and caring demeanor.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (on‑the‑job paid training provided).
- Flexibility to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments.
- High school diploma (required) and/or a bachelor’s, associate’s, or related degree is a plus.
- Commitment to learning and implementing evidence‑based ABA techniques.
- Clinics located in Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Wayne County PA.

- Dayshift hours Monday – Friday 1–2 after school until 6:30 pm (no weekends, all year round employment)
- Evaluations for merit‑based raises after 6 months, then annually
